We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will help us identify and engage strong specialists and build a stable talent pipeline for our technical and business teams.
In this role, you will explore the IT talent market, work with different sourcing channels, and help us attract the people who will grow our products.
Requirements
1+ year of experience specifically as a Talent Sourcer / Researcher in IT
Understanding of the IT job market and technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, etc.)
Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and other professional platforms
Basic understanding of IT technologies (programming languages, frameworks, databases)
Experience sourcing non-technical roles through job boards such as Work.ua, Robota.ua, and others
Responsibilities
Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles using various sourcing channels
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Conduct initial resume screening and assess candidate relevance
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements
Work with CRM / ATS systems: maintain candidate databases, update statuses, and provide feedback
Analyze the IT talent market and identify new sourcing channels
Maintain a positive employer brand while communicating with candidates

Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience using automation tools for sourcing
Experience working in Fintech / Web3 / Product IT companies
