This is a player-coach role: you will be responsible for both closing deals and building a scalable sales function together with the team.
You will have a direct impact on revenue, sales processes, and team performance. We are not looking for someone to “fit into a system” - we are looking for someone who can build and improve it.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience with a full sales cycle (closing deals end-to-end)
Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or AdTech is a strong plus
Experience managing or mentoring a team (at least 1–2 people)
Strong analytical mindset: you understand pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue drivers
Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt your pitch (within 1–2 weeks)
Hands-on experience with CRM systems; you maintain clean and structured data
English B2 or higher
Responsibilities
Lead negotiations with key clients (media buying, affiliate, SaaS, AdTech)
Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to closing (average cycle - up to 3 weeks)
Grow existing clients through upsell and cross-sell across company products
Deliver personal sales targets and take ownership of team performance
Manage and coordinate sales and lead generation team (currently 2 sales managers)
Conduct 1:1s, review deals, identify bottlenecks, and improve performance
Onboard new team members (product, processes, tools)
Build a culture of ownership and result-driven execution
Maintain CRM discipline and report weekly to Head of BizDev (pipeline, conversion, revenue, bottlenecks)
Analyze the sales funnel and proactively suggest improvements
Build monthly/quarterly forecasts based on real pipeline data
Quickly adapt to new product launches and adjust the sales approach accordingly
Nice to have
Understanding of the fintech market
Experience with cold outreach and automation tools (Clay, Apollo, Instantly)
Existing network in media buying, affiliate, or performance marketing
Experience working in multi-product companies
Experience building or restructuring sales processes
