Who is It Senior Cross-Functional Project Manager (with Product func.) to us?
We are looking for a Senior Cross-Functional Project Manager with strong product and operational expertise to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple departments within the holding structure.
This role requires profound involvement in product-related processes, operational management, and cross-department execution. You will work closely with Product, Payments, CRM, Support, VIP, Analytics, Marketing, Affiliate, and Operations teams, acting as a key coordination point between business and execution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, product-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex initiatives in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating cross-functional tasks across multiple departments within the holding structure.
Managing product-related operational processes and ensuring alignment between business, product, and technical teams.
Driving execution of strategic initiatives in close collaboration with Product, Payments, CRM, Support, VIP, Analytics, Marketing, Affiliate, Compliance, and Operations departments.
Acting as a central coordination point between stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution flow.
Participating in product planning, feature prioritization, process optimization, and operational improvements.
Managing the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, launch, and post-launch analysis.
Building and maintaining scalable operational processes between departments.
Coordinating integrations, launches, internal tools, operational flows, and product-related initiatives.
Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and business performance.
Working closely with product teams on backlog prioritization, requirements clarification, delivery timelines, and release coordination.
Collaborating with Payments and Fraud teams to improve payment flows, conversion rates, risk-related processes, and user experience.
Working together with Support and VIP departments to improve customer experience, retention flows, and operational quality.
Participating in the development and implementation of internal workflows, SOPs, and cross-department interaction frameworks.
Monitoring project risks, dependencies, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensuring transparency and regular reporting on project statuses, blockers, and delivery progress.
Supporting management in operational decision-making and strategic execution.
Coordinating multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Operations, Product Management, or Cross-Functional Operations roles.
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and operational project management.
Experience working in highly cross-functional environments involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
Experience in iGaming, Betting, Fintech, Payments, or other high-load digital industries will be considered a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of operational processes, product logic, customer lifecycle, and business metrics.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Experience working closely with Product, Payments, CRM, Support, and Analytics teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
English level: Upper-intermediate or higher.
Will be a plus:
Strong understanding of player lifecycle, retention, payments, and operational flows.
Experience working in fast-scaling startups or international holdings.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and distributed teams.
Analytical mindset and ability to work with business and product metrics.
