As a Sales Manager, your main goal is to convert incoming and outbound leads into qualified, active clients.
This role is focused on quality over quantity - meaningful conversations, strong qualification, and moving leads through the funnel to activation.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience
Strong communication skills: ability to engage, ask the right questions, and qualify leads
Experience working with CRM systems
Ability to understand client needs and adapt messaging accordingly
English - B2/C1 (must-have)
Nice to have
Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or AdTech
Experience with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, messengers)
Experience working with lead generation tools or automation
Understanding of sales funnels and basic metrics (conversion, pipeline)
Responsibilities
Work with inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels
Qualify leads and identify client needs
Convert relevant leads into active clients (account setup + first deposit)
Maintain structured and up-to-date CRM data
Follow up with leads and manage nurture communication
Ensure no lead is lost and each has a clear next step
Participate in conferences: outreach, meetings, follow-ups
Track personal performance and report on key sales metrics
