Responsibilities:

• Work with cold leads across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, messengers, conferences).
• Ensure fast first contact and initial lead qualification.
• Drive relevant leads through activation and deal progression.
• Manage follow-ups and lead nurturing.
• Maintain CRM accuracy: lead statuses, interaction history, and next steps.
• Prepare reports on sales funnel performance and conversion metrics.
• Prepare for and work with leads during conferences and industry events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (B2B experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and lead qualification skills.
• Ability to sell through understanding client needs and context, not scripts.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
• English level: B2 / C1.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, result orientation, and self-organization.
