We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will be responsible for building a stable flow of high-quality leads aligned with our ICP and transferring them to the sales team for further engagement and activation.
Responsibilities:
Research and generate potential clients through various channels (email outreach, LinkedIn, paid targeting, conferences, messengers).
Qualify leads according to our ICP criteria.
Maintain and update CRM: lead statuses, contact history, and next steps.
Prepare reports on lead volume, scheduled meetings, and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and hand over qualified, relevant leads.
Build, optimize, and scale the lead generation process to ensure a consistent pipeline.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation or B2B sales (fintech experience is a strong plus).
Strong skills in initial lead qualification and communication with potential clients.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Proactive mindset, high level of self-organization, and strong result orientation.
