We are looking for a Head of Business Development to own revenue growth for our Card and Wallet product lines. You will drive B2B sales to banks, EMIs, PSPs, and card providers, build long-term client relationships, and deliver the planned targets for the Wallet and Card directions — including on international markets.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver the business development plan for the Card & Wallet product lines, including sales and marketing plans, revenue and profit targets;
Attract B2B and B2C clients for servicing and manage engagement with them across projects and products;
Participate in interactions with card providers during audits;
Meet planned KPIs for the Wallet and Card directions; set monthly and quarterly goals and monitor day-to-day progress;
Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with delivered products and services;
Own tariff policy and flexible pricing; analyze the effectiveness of referral programs;
Develop new business opportunities by researching new markets and segments;
Drive cross-sell across the product line;
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into product and commercial proposals;
Coordinate collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Partnership and Tender functions to meet sales plans;
Plan participation in exhibitions and industry conferences; manage lead generation;
Create quarterly and annual sales forecasts and track the pipeline; report to management in weekly snapshots, prepare the Board Pack and monthly reporting;
Own the incentive scheme for the Business Development team;
Own goal-setting for the department and manage task prioritization;
Develop SLAs, processes and policies for the support function.
Requirements
Work experience as Head of Business Development, Sales Director or a similar senior commercial role;
5+ years of experience in IT sales, with solid B2B and B2C service experience;
Hands-on experience in FinTech — ideally card processing, e-wallets or payments infrastructure;
Proven track record of selling to banks, financial institutions and card providers;
Successful experience implementing complex commercial strategies, including on international markets;
Ability to close deals and build win-win systems between all participants;
Proven ability to take responsibility and initiative, work independently and get things done;
