Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Develop long-term and short-term financial plans, including budget creation and monitoring.
• Treasury Management: Maintain a payment calendar, oversee payments, and ensure proper control of receivables and payables.
• Accounting and Auditing: Prepare monthly financial reports, conduct plan-fact analysis, trend analysis, and reconciliation, and assist in financial audits.
• Monthly Reporting: Formulate a package of monthly financial reports, update the monthly budget, and reconcile with partners during the month.
• FOP Administration: Manage FOP registration, including processing registration changes, preparing primary documents, submitting declarations, and handling tax and other financial payments.
• Banking Operations: Handle various banking operations, such as managing accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with banking procedures and regulations.
