Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for affiliate projects in the Dating, Nutra, Sweepstakes, and Crypto verticals.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources with a strong focus on ROI and overall profitability.
• Optimize existing affiliate channels and launch new traffic sources to drive growth.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and track industry trends to identify scaling opportunities.
• Define KPIs and ensure systematic performance monitoring across all projects.
• Lead the marketing team, including recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management.
• Continuously run A/B testing, improve sales funnels, and optimize conversion rates.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with partners and key affiliates.
• Provide regular reporting to top management, including results, forecasts, and profit projections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, or Affiliate Director within affiliate verticals (Dating, Nutra).
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects and driving profit growth.
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, including CPA/RevShare models and media buying.
• Solid experience in budget management and cost optimization.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• A results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on business growth and profitability rather than process.
• English proficiency will be considered a strong advantage (for managing international partnerships).
