We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on commercial leader to drive revenue growth, own P&L, and scale our global B2B function in fintech/payments. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in payment infrastructure, international expansion, and building high-performing commercial teams.

Define and execute the company’s global commercial strategy with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability,
Own full P&L responsibility and key commercial metrics (revenue, margin, LTV, CAC),
Scale B2B sales and drive expansion into new markets (EMEA / Global),
