You’ll join a small, agile team, report directly to the Head of BizDev, and have a real, hands-on impact on the company’s operational processes from day one.
Requirements:
Confident experience with Jira and Confluence.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills and ability to build reports.
Experience tracking task execution and ensuring accountability across teams.
Clear and professional written communication in Ukrainian and English.
High level of independence and strong prioritization skills in a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage team operational processes: ensure tasks are properly created, tracked, and delivered on time
Work with Jira and Confluence: manage tasks, create documentation, and improve workflows
Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics
Maintain and optimize CRM data quality; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Automate routine and repetitive processes
Report directly to the Head of BizDev
Nice to Have:
Basic knowledge of SQL or strong Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar
Previous experience in fintech or a startup environment
