Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. -Proven experience in formalizing business and system requirements for development teams. -Strong understanding of REST APIs and HTTP protocols. -Hands-on experience using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or ApiDog — ability to execute API requests and analyze request/response structures in JSON format. -Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or any SQL-based DBMS), including data types, joins, and writing simple queries. -Experience in creating UML diagrams (e.g., Activity, Sequence) using tools like Miro. -Basic knowledge of BPMN and experience in visualizing business processes. -Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation. -Familiarity with Figma — ability to navigate designs and understand interface logic. -Understanding of non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, and security. -Familiarity with software integration patterns and authentication methods (JWT, OAuth).

Responsibilities: -Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear documentation for development. -Create and maintain requirement specifications, system diagrams, and process flowcharts. -Define user stories and acceptance criteria. -Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to align business needs with technical implementation. -Analyze and validate REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or ApiDog. -Build and maintain UML/BPMN diagrams to document flows and interactions. -Participate in the full development lifecycle, from discovery and design to testing and release. -Proactively suggest improvements to product features, system design, and documentation. -Support cross-functional teams with clear communication and requirement clarification.

Nice to Have: Experience in the Fintech domain or projects with complex business logic.

Understanding of microservices and client-server architecture.

Experience forecasting system behavior and designing scalable solutions.

Familiarity with OpenAPI Specification and designing data models for APIs and storage.
