BizDev (Providers Manager) – a professional who builds, scales, and maintains a stable system of payment providers, ensuring product growth without disruptions, unnecessary risks, or loss of control.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clear and up-to-date provider database with statuses, terms, risk profiles, and economic models
Ensure a stable and scalable cascade of payment providers that supports business growth with minimal disruptions
Analyze markets, geographies, competitors, and payment schemes
Research and shortlist payment providers based on business needs
Plan integrations with estimated costs, volume forecasts, and profitability expectations
Communicate with providers, negotiate terms, and coordinate compliance onboarding
Monitor and manage operational, technical, financial, and regulatory risks
Handle daily operational interaction with providers: resolve issues (limits, delays, outages), update tariffs and documentation, and maintain reporting
Requirements
Experience in payments / fintech / processing / PSP
Understanding of payment flows, fees, and transaction economics
Basic experience with API integrations
Skills in risk analysis and understanding of regulatory constraints
Ability to work with contracts and compliance
English - B2/C1
