We are developing three independent product platforms in the affiliate marketing industry, targeting international markets:
- Affiliate Platform - our own CPA/CPC network connecting affiliates and advertisers.
- Marketplace - a new product currently under active development.
- Traffic Monetization Platform - a web platform focused on traffic management and monetization.
All projects are covered by NDA and are being developed as long-term product initiatives.
We are looking for Backend Developer (PHP + AI Automation):
Backend Development & Architecture:
Design and develop the backend of the platform using PHP.
Build REST APIs for integrations with external systems (advertisers, tracking platforms, traffic sources).
Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage database migrations.
Implement core business logic, including traffic routing, offer distribution, and payout calculations.
Process Automation:
Design and build end-to-end automation workflows using n8n or similar workflow orchestration tools.
Automate operational processes, including postback processing, moderation, and reporting.
Integrate with external APIs such as tracking systems, payment providers, and CRM platforms.
Configure rate limiting, retry logic, fault tolerance, and pipeline monitoring.
AI Integration & Optimization:
Integrate LLM APIs to automate routine tasks such as content generation, classification, and analytics.
Develop prompts for platform-specific use cases, including structured outputs and batch processing.
Build optimization algorithms for traffic allocation and conversion performance.
Requirements:
Backend Development
Strong PHP skills with proven experience building backend systems.
Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and software architecture.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, including complex queries, JSONB, transactions, and concurrent access.
Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
Practical experience with Docker (docker-compose, networking, volumes).
Daily experience using Git and participating in code reviews.
AI & Automation:
Experience with AI-assisted development ("vibe coding") using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, OpenRouter), including prompt engineering, structured outputs, and response processing.
Experience with n8n or similar workflow orchestration platforms (Make, Zapier) for building complex automation scenarios.
Understanding of AI model fundamentals, including tokenization, context windows, temperature settings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
General:
Basic understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, and CDN technologies.
Ability to work independently: understand requirements, break down tasks, and deliver solutions without micromanagement.
Nice to Have:
Experience with additional programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Go.
Experience with Redis (caching, queues, rate limiting).
Experience with Cloudflare API and Cloudflare Workers.
Background in affiliate marketing or CPA networks, including traffic flows, conversion tracking, and postback mechanisms.
Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant or Pinecone for search and classification tasks.
Experience with Supabase and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Redis Streams).
Experience fine-tuning AI models and working with local LLMs (Ollama, vLLM).
