Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of affiliate managers, advertiser managers, and risk managers.
Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior-level employees.
Establish and communicate internal team goals.
Develop and enhance the partner program.
Partner Program Development:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing partner programs with customers.
Proactively search for new development opportunities.
Identify growth points and implement strategies for scaling new business opportunities.
Team Management and Optimization:
Set tasks, plan workflows, and ensure timely follow-up on key performance indicators.
Optimize processes within the team for increased efficiency.
Monitor weekly and monthly reports, and perform traffic analysis.
Financial Management:
Monitor payments to partners and track receivables from clients.
Plan weekly withdrawal amounts for timely partner payments.
Quality Control and Analysis:
Conduct systematic quality control checks on affiliate-provided traffic.
Analyze payment receipts from advertising partners and identify traffic trends.
By effectively managing the team, fostering teamwork, mentoring junior employees, setting clear goals, analyzing partner programs, seeking growth opportunities, optimizing processes, monitoring reports and payments, and ensuring quality control, we drive success and growth in our affiliate marketing operations.
What is important to us:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership position.
Proficiency in Dating / Betting / Gambling / Nutra verticals.
Demonstrated success in recruiting and engaging external affiliates.
Strong focus on delivering high-quality traffic.
Ability to build and scale teams with ambition.
Proficiency in using Affise, Keitaro, and other tracking platforms.
Above-average English skills (Upper-Intermediate level).
Proven experience in team management.
Advanced proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
Deep understanding of key metrics and ability to analyze traffic quality, including experience in traffic acquisition.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Aptitude for comprehensive problem-solving approaches.
