What will you do:

• Acquiring new advertisers and managing existing partners in the dating vertical (mainstream/adult);
• Communicating with advertisers (chat, email, phone calls): daily operational tasks;
• Negotiating partnership terms: GEO, payout, caps, KPIs, traffic types;
• Launching and managing offers in tracking systems (Affise / Keitaro / similar platforms);
• S2S integrations, monitoring the proper functioning of postbacks, offer statuses, and approvals;
• Monitoring metrics (CR, EPC, approval rate) and providing feedback;
• Resolving ongoing issues: optimization, deactivation, limits, changes to terms, pauses;
• Interaction with affiliate managers / media buying teams within the company;
• Monitoring for fraudulent activity among current partners;
• Maintaining fraud-related documentation and financial reconciliations

• English proficiency at the B1+ level;
