Who is It Senior Affiliate Manager (SEO, influence, PPC sources) to us?
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager with strong expertise in affiliate marketing, traffic acquisition, and partnership development within high-volume digital products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with LATAM GEOs and a deep understanding of SEO, influence, and PPC traffic sources.
This role requires a highly analytical and business-oriented specialist capable of scaling profitable traffic channels, building long-term affiliate partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple acquisition streams.
Responsibilities:
Building, managing, and scaling the affiliate direction across LATAM markets.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, media partners, influencers, and SEO partners.
Managing the full affiliate lifecycle: sourcing, onboarding, negotiations, optimization, retention, and scaling.
Working closely with SEO affiliates, influence traffic, PPC partners, and media buying teams.
Analyzing affiliate traffic quality, player value, retention metrics, and overall campaign profitability.
Monitoring and optimizing CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and other partnership models.
Identifying new acquisition opportunities and scaling high-performing traffic channels.
Conducting competitor analysis and monitoring market trends across LATAM GEOs.
Collaborating closely with CRM, Product, Payments, Analytics, and Retention teams to improve acquisition quality and player monetization.
Negotiating commercial terms, traffic caps, and strategic partnerships with affiliates.
Monitoring fraud risks, traffic quality, and compliance-related issues.
Preparing regular performance reports and business insights based on key acquisition metrics.
Participating in launch strategies, promotional campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
Working with tracking platforms, attribution systems, and analytics tools to monitor traffic performance and optimize ROI.
Managing multiple partnerships and traffic streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Management / Traffic Acquisition.
Strong experience working with LATAM GEOs.
Proven expertise in SEO traffic, influence traffic, PPC traffic, and affiliate acquisition channels.
Experience in iGaming / Betting.
Strong understanding of affiliate business models, traffic monetization, player acquisition funnels, and ROI optimization.
Experience negotiating and managing strategic affiliate partnerships.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance metrics and reporting.
Experience with affiliate platforms, trackers, analytics systems, and attribution tools.
Deep understanding of traffic quality analysis and fraud prevention.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a high-growth environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
