Responsibilities:

• Optimization of SEO strategies for affiliate projects and partner programs.
• Analysis of the competitive environment, technical condition of the website, and SEO potential of the product.
• Initiating SEO improvements (technical, content, structural) and prioritizing tasks.
• Collaborating with the affiliate team and sales department to increase organic traffic efficiency.
• Setting performance metrics (KPIs), monitoring dynamics, and preparing regular reports.
• Optimizing the user conversion path: from organic traffic to target actions, identifying and eliminating drop-off points.
• Working with the CRM system to segment the audience, launch personalized campaigns, and increase retention.
• Implementing user retention strategies, reactivation, and increasing LTV.
• Collaborating with the sales department on generating organic leads, optimizing pre-sale content, and entry points.
• Forming and controlling the SEO budget (link building, tools, outsourcing).
• Balancing product goals and SEO needs to achieve maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of SEO experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Understanding of affiliate traffic specifics, pre-sale content, and entry points.
• Deep understanding of SEO: technical audit, content, internal site structure, link building.
• Experience with analytical tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Understanding of product analytics, conversions, and retention principles.
• Experience with CRM systems and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (product, development, content, marketing).
• Analytical thinking, ability to set priorities and work with KPIs.
• High level of independence and strategic thinking.
