What will you do:
Development of the areas of Dating, Sweepstakes, Gambling, Forex, Crypto, comparison of the strategic plan for market exit/development
Support and development of existing clients
Finding new advertisers
Interaction and coordination of all project participants at each stage of the agreement
Market research to identify and attract new partners
Tracking the activities of partners, analyzing the results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to increase revenues
Performance analysis and reporting
Identify new and innovative opportunities for growth
What is important to us:
Experience in the position of Business Development Manager from 2 years
CPA Marketing experience is a must
Experience in Dating, Sweepstakes, Gambling, Forex, Crypto
Good understanding of partnership trends
Deep understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization - CPA
English is above average
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
The ability to approach solving tasks in a versatile and comprehensive manner
Experience using tracking services is a plus
Practical experience with reporting tools and technologies
Remote work or work in the office; hybrid is possible (as it suits you)
8-hour working day from Mon-Fri with flexible start and end of the workday
